  2. No vulgarity, racial slurs, name-calling or personal attacks.

Did the cops put probation conditions on this stellar trio to get visible neck tattoos for their next mug shots?

  • Anonymous

Just going out on a limb here, but i would like to know how the “victim” is associated with these kids.. Seems to me, at first thought, this was a drug deal gone robbery. I mean hello, shes “just visiting” with a 22 year old i guess “friend”, when her two other friends show up, (maybe the ones with the money?) they beat her up, and leave her at Halls residence? Either this trio doesn’t have a single brain cell, or they didnt expect their older “friend” to go to the police. Just saying… Why else would she bring all the drugs in with her?

    • Anonymous

0.23 …. it could be she just fell flat on her face; I know I couldn’t stand upright if I was that loaded.

    • Anonymous

I hope these kids clean up their acts,  get rid of their drug tattoos and do something with their lives before its too late if its not already too late.

The only requirement for bail shall be to insure the presence of the defendant.  Anything else is outside the parameters of the Constitution. Period.

    • Anonymous

Sounds like $10,000 cash or $50,000 surety ought to do it! So what’s your point? Or are you just trolling?

  • End the violence that the government created black market creates. Makes these available without a prescription.

    • EasyWriter

Seriously? You think the problem here is the “government created black market”? You’d also have to make all drugs free. A major part of the problem is these fools don’t have jobs, ergo; they don’t have money; ergo they rob people.

      • Harry H Snyder III

Actually at least two of these people DO have jobs.

        • Anonymous

Hmmm… It might be “DID” have jobs…

    • poormaniac

End the violence these drug fed hoods create , put them in jail for 10 years or more with no parole !  No more plea bargains for drug related crimes.  No more plea bargains at all !

    • Anonymous

Spoken like a true user Loser!

    • Anonymous

Exactly.  The black market creates $100 pills that these addicts will kill and steal for.  Those who need prescription drugs for medical reasons have become a target to these scum bags.  One of the unintended consequences of the failed War on Drugs.

      • Anonymous

Whoa, the “Black Market” isn’t smart enough to CREATE a drug. They are adept at finding the lowest scum to go out and steal it and then sell it back to them for a tidy profit.

  • Anonymous

Is it really a crime when the scum robs the scum?

  • Anonymous

I’m guessing a slap on the wrist will suffice for this “horribles parade” …what a 4 some…..

Drug abuse is growing at such a rapid rate in the State of Maine, if it isn’t dealt with quickly and aggressively no one will be safe in there home’s, apartments or on the streets!   We need to stop creating laws to protect criminals that hinder police efforts to seek an arrest!  I don’t want the police going around harassing innocent people but in the case of a known drug user or dealer etc. they need a greater support and less restrictions placed on them by the system!  We need punishments that are equal to and that fit the crime!  I want the streets rid of these people so my family feels safe at home and out walking!!!!

    • Anonymous

I am safe in my home. I have Mr. Marlin and Mr. Winchester as my home security system.

Home surveillance cameras, dogs, guns, fences, alarms – all to merely feel safe in our own homes. Is this a great country or what? I mean, we’ve built a real peaceable republic for ourselves, haven’t we?

What laws have we made that hinder police efforts to seek arrests?

  • Guest

that’s hateful!! How would you like to be unemployed and have to go eat at a soup kitchen. How far from that are you??????? Yes, I work, yes I’m a professional.

    • EasyWriter

I put in 25 years(air intercept controller) in the US Military and 20 years as a civilian air traffic controller so please…don’t feed me the worn out, liberal “how would you like to be employed ” mantra. I have never been unemployed because I have a work ethic and motivation and DON’T EXPECT others to take care of me. I have worked since I was 13. I own my home. I have money in the bank. I have never been arrested and I didn’t look for cheap thrills through drugs. So save your sanctimonious rhetoric for your fellow bleeding hearts. I EARNED MY WAY and because of MY efforts I am VERY far from needing anyone to take care of me. I also do volunteer work and ES, I also contribute to charities….of MY choosing. That’s how responsible people go through life. These people who EXPECT others to take care of them (Before they try to help themselves) need to look no further than the mirror to see who should be responsible for them. Time for people to take control of their own lives. You should be thankful that there still are many people who do work and are responsible because if not for the taxpayers, there’d be a hell of a lot more people dining in soup kitchens.

Thank you for you’re service. I appreciate it.

      • Anonymous

Thank you for your service. My family appreciates what you have done.
And thanks for your perspective on life :) I couldn’t agree more! Glad i’m not the only one left in this state that believes in personal responsibility.

      • Anonymous

All that wonderful good fortune and yet you didn’t learn anything.

        • Anonymous

there is a big difference between good fortune and work ethic

        • Anonymous

Typical liberal snob. Id say you need to learn something…manners.

      • Anonymous

I salute you sir for your sevice!

      • Anonymous

        very well said!

      • StillRelaxin

Why are you talking to mmmlllddd about you? His/her comment has nothing to do with you. I did think it interesting that you mentioned “I” or “Me” 19 times in your comment. Thanks for your service but please do be aware that some folks may not find your financial successes simply because on their way through life they stopped a few times to help or talk about someone other than themselves. Just some food for thought, not meant to give you “Another” belly ache.

        • Guest

          ….

          • EasyWriter

            To OLEYANE:
First off, I am a female. Surprised? Yes, females also serve in the military and yes, females are also air traffic controllers. But I imagine in your narrow mind where everyone else’s opinions are “shtick” simply because they don’t jibe with your own  there probably isn’t room for anything beside your rose-colored, myopic viewpoint of your seemingly perfect world. Perhaps you are a tad misogynistic  as well.

To StillrelaxingYou assume that only you have “stopped a few times to help or talk about someone other than themselves.”   First off , I was making a point that one can succeed without every government agency holding their hand.  For some reason, that seems to bother you.  You haven’t the slightest clue what charities I have given to….what clubs, societies, organizations I have contributed to during my life, both here and abroad.  I would enlighten you, but I don’t want to go over my quota of “me” and “I” . (Can’t imagine giving a personal opinion without saying me or I…being that would be the essence of a personal opinion.)

            Have a pleasant evening.

          • Anonymous

Good grief, she is angry with the world!  EasyWriter, I gently and without malice suggest you visit your local VA hospital and ask for a psychiatric evaluation.  You’ve earned it and there is no shame in seeking help.  Really, I am sincere.  It is fine to have an opinion, everyone who makes a comment does.  But really you are over the top angry about life.

          • Anonymous

Uh let’s see, earlier you called her smart, self assured, and indicated she’s  compassionate, self sufficient and sucessful. Seems you are either envious, enamored or just plain jealous because you never aspired to much.

          • Anonymous

A person can be self assured, smart, and successful ( I said she WAS NOT compassionate) while still having emotional issues that require treatment by a professional.  You seem to think I suggested EasyWriter get psychiatric examination to be mean however you are wrong.  I was being quite sincere.

          • Guest

            ….

        • Anonymous

Or perhaps they have had success and still managed to learn compassion. EasyWriter is lucky I’m in a good mood tonight.  I am letting her off easy.  Really, considering her pompous self assured personae she is actually quite angry with the world.

Claiming to be a (professional) implies you are paid for doing something… So?
Here’s another hint to INDICATE the caliber of citizen Viera is.
      1. What is suboxone and clonazepam used for?
      2. Where was she assaulted?
      3.why was she arrested?

Hateful? The whole lot of them should have been tazered just for fun on the way to the pokey!

      lmaooooo

  • Anonymous

From what I’ve seen, in about 99% of crimes against a person, the “victim” has made some very poor choices that lead them to be at high risk of having a crime committed against them–ie. hanging out with dirt bags, drug abuse, etc.
There was a recent case in Rockport where a young man and woman were arrested on drug charges after selling fake oxycontin to a DEA agent.  In my opinion, they were lucky he was DEA.  This particular crime could have very easily led to a murder if  someone addicted to oxycontin had received the fake drugs.  Come on people–think about the choices you’re making.

oh this is good… alcohol and suboxone and clonazepam … yup so the methodone treatments just keep going on and on and on and how is it not being monitored?… legal drug outlets and a clearinghouse for the users…. what better way to meet potential clients then at a methadone clinic… plus a free ride there…. P. S. watch the comments on this… here they come.

Yes, she’s pretty now, but not for long.  She’s ruined her life.  The charges are serious.  If she’s convicted, she’ll go to prison for a term of years  and then probably end up a crack w***e,  lose her teeth, destroy her nasal septum, etc. and die young.

The title of this story should have been, “What the Occupy neanderthals have been doing since they got chased out of their city campgrounds.”

    •  Yeah, those Harvard kids in Boston and Columbia students in NYC protesting the rampant corruption of Wall Street billionaires are practically retarded. Good thing we have people like you to help keep fiscal reform from happening.
