Kudos to the citizens of Berwick. I suspect more citizens will be encouraged by your success in this.

I applaud the people of Berwick and believe the recall vote should exist in all Government, Local, State and Federal!   The people should have the power to remove any elected official from office that goes against the will of the people, campaign promises, or is involved in illegal or immoral acts!!!

This is a good model for State level legislation.

I do not expect this legislature to even consider such a law, but perhaps the next meeting in 2013 will see us considering a recall law that affects the entire State, from the Governors office down to local selectmen.

One uniform recall process for all.

If the threat of a Recall Vote was in force right now, how different would State politics be right now, and how different would they have been over the last year?

Congrats Berwick on taking charge of your government….
