Hot Mamas heat it up to support fuel assistance

CAMDEN, Maine — The Hot Mamas are a group of midcoast women who pride themselves on putting the “fun” in fundraiser. Join the ladies on Saturday, Feb. 11, for the day (and night) as they raise money for fuel assistance in Knox County in partnership with Penquis. Cheer on the Hot Mamas as they compete in the National Toboggan Championships at the Camden Snow Bowl. Stop by their hot cocoa station to warm up and donate to the Fuel Assistance Program. Or join the ladies at a sizzling after-party, 8-11 p.m. at the Knox Mill in Camden. Admission is a $10 suggested donation.

All profits from The Hot Mamas for Heat fundraisers will go to the Penquis Fuel Assistance Program. To donate, send a check made out to Penquis to Penquis, 170 Pleasant St., Rockland 04841. Write Hot Mamas for Heat on the memo line.
