Outlook: The Bears have won three in a row after edging UMBC 77-76 in overtime Saturday, when Vermont handled Hartford 82-56. The Catamounts have won six straight and nine of 10. A key is the health of Fraser, who hurt his right ankle at UMBC. If he can’t go, the Bears’ front line will be greatly diminished in its post scoring, defense and rebounding. UVM is adept at getting to the foul line and is shooting a league-best 78 percent in AE play. The Cats also routinely outrebound opponents. UMaine is 3-2 this season in “The Pit.”
