A plastic skeleton is seen belted in the passenger seat in this handout photo shot Dec. 20, 2011, near Kent, Wash., and provided by the Washington State Patrol. The patrol says a trooper pulled over a speeding driver on Interstate 5 near Kent and the skeleton, dressed in a white sweatshirt, didn’t live up to the passenger requirement for carpooling. The driver was cited Dec. 20 for aggressive driving, speeding at 82 mph and violating the HOV lane.
