    The ACLU is generally one of my least favorite organizations, but when I read of Government agencies riding roughshod over people’s civil liberties I am ready to pull out my checkbook and write a generous donation to the ACLU to fight this foolishness.  It should be noted that this is not a partisan issue; Republicans and Democrats are equally guilty of creating the regulations that promote this overeaching by government agencies.
