I think this team has turned the corner.  Ever since the “T” against Barron to start the Albany game, these kids have been night & day.  Good for them!  Now ya gotta win on the road for once!

the freshman players are going to be very good players for maine  if he keeps them around at the end of the season..unless they chose to leave….

Following the box scores, the freshmen are getting a very large chunk of game minutes. It will be interesting to see if they can keep up their intensity the next 10 or so games and the playoffs… many freshmen hit a wall about this point in the season. A few more wins in the next 3 games is certainly within their reach (Hartford,SBrook,UNH)…and get them over the hump. Anything less than winning 2 of the 3 won’t change their situation much. As competitive as the first years have shown to be  they really need consistency from Samantha B and Williams and some serious focus from Corrine and Ashleigh. Go Bears.

Now I know nothing about basketball, but I am pretty sure this team has matched last season’s win total.  You have to think Coach Barron will improve this team once he is able to get some of his own recruits on the floor.

Nice job ladies keep it going –
