Buxton pharmacy robbed on Thanksgiving Day

BUXTON, Maine — Police in Buxton are looking for a woman who robbed narcotics from a pharmacy on Thanksgiving Day.

Police say the woman entered the Rite Aid at about 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, made a threat and demanded drugs.

She made off with some prescription drugs.

She is described as white, between 5-foot-5 and 5-foot-10-inches tall, wearing a white knit hat, sunglasses, white turtle neck under a long black coat, with black gloves, jeans and sneakers.

Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying the woman.
