BANGOR, Maine — A dispute between a Bangor woman and her parents led to a trio of charges on Saturday.

Police were called to an East Side residence around noon Saturday for a disorderly conduct complaint, and when Officer Brian Smith arrived on the scene, Nicholle Worcester, 26, was shouting and swearing at her parents on the porch of the house, according to Bangor police Sgt. Paul Edwards.

Edwards said that when one of Worcester’s parents attempted to contact the police, she knocked the phone out of one of their hands.

Worcester was “just out of control, swearing in the middle of the street,” Edwards told the Bangor Daily News.

Police arrested Worcester for possession of drug paraphernalia, domestic assault, for shoving one of her parents, and obstructing the report of a crime.

Worcester was transported to Penobscot County Jail and has since been released on bail.
