AUGUSTA, Maine — Gov. Paul LePage is paying tribute to veterans on this Veterans Day weekend.

In his weekly radio address Saturday, the governor says Maine has one of the highest numbers of veterans per capita of any state.

He says the biggest national debt of all is the debt that America owes to its veterans.

LePage says Mainers can show their support simply saying thank you to a veteran, hiring a veteran in the workplace, visiting a VA hospital or donating to a veterans program.
