Outlook: The River Hawks have won three games, two fewer than all of last season when they posted their fewest wins in 27 Division I seasons. First-year coach Norm Bazin picked up his first Hockey East win last weekend in impressive fashion, 7-1 over Boston University. UML has seven players with at least two goals and is eighth in the country in scoring average (3.67 per game). The Black Bears will need to start producing on the power play after going four games without a power-play goal (0-for-14). Maine is 42nd in the country in power-play efficiency (13.2 percent). UML left wing Scott Wilson was the league’s Rookie of the Week (1 & 2 vs. BU). Sullivan shut out the River Hawks in consecutive games last season. Maine has won seven of the last nine meetings. Flynn has nine goals and nine assists in 12 career games against the River Hawks.
