Promotions

AUGUSTA, Maine — Maj. Gen. John W. Libby, retired, adjutant general of the Maine National Guard, announced promotions for these Maine Army National Guard soldiers:

• Jeremy Jernigan, private first class, Winterport, 1136 Transportation Company.

• Adam Gaulin , private second class, Northport, 133rd Forward Support Company.

The soldiers were promoted in October.
