MILLINOCKET – Yvette Beaulieu, 95, went to be with her Lord and to meet her husband, Albert, Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2011, while surrounded by her family. Yvette was born June 2, 1916, in St. Hilaire, New Brunswick, to Joseph and Ermine (Belanger) Albert
Yvette loved to knit mittens, hats and afghans for her kids and grandkids. She was a wonderful mother and grandmother, always being there for each of them whenever they needed her. She was an amazing lady who was the sweetest woman you would ever know.
She is survived by a daughter, Pierrette Cameron of Millinocket; son, John and wife, Joanne, of Medway; daughter, Ginette Moores and husband, Frank, of Winn; son, Joseph and girlfriend, Sheila LaChance, of Millinocket; grandchildren, Lea Smith, Lynn Cameron, John and Michelle Beaulieu, Becky Turcotte, Carl Glidden, Carrie Rich, Crystal Pipes, Ashley Sabattis, Mikayla and Ethan Beaulieu; 20 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren; and sister, Blanch Belanger of Edmunston, New Brunswick. In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by 11 siblings.
Friends may visit with the family 6-8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 3, at Lamson Funeral Home, 11 Tamarack St., Millinocket. A funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 4, at Christ the Divine Mercy Parish, St. Martin of Tours, 19 Colby St., with Deacon Danny Watson officiating.
