BOSTON — Authorities are investigating the deaths of two passengers on a cruise ship docked in Boston.
State police and the FBI responded to the Black Falcon Cruise Terminal after the Norwegian Cruise Line ship docked at 6:30 a.m. on Friday.
Police say a 67-year-old woman appears to have died of natural causes and the death is not considered suspicious.
The cause of death of a 23-year-old man is unknown, but authorities say there is no indication of criminal activity.
The deaths Thursday aboard the Norwegian Dawn were not connected.
The FBI responded because the deaths occurred outside state waters.
No names were released.
Miami-based Norwegian Cruise Line said the ship was returning to Boston after a seven-day cruise to Bermuda and the company is working closely with police.
