Desktop dining done right

Work days are busy … so busy in fact that a recent survey conducted by the American Dietetic Association found that up to 75 percent of us eat at our desks at least 2-3 times a week. Eating at your desk may save time and help you get out of the office at a reasonable hour, but it can wreak havoc on your health and your waistline.

If you aren’t paying attention to what you’re eating while busy at work, you may be eating more than you realize. And it’s likely you’re making food choices based on convenience, not health. So say goodbye to the vending machine and resist the leftover pizza or cake in the break room. The following are some tips to improve your desktop dining experience:
