Court clerks offices closed until noon next week

Maine court clerks offices will not open to the public until noon next week during the court system’s fall administrative week.

Clerks also will not answer phones before noon.

Offices will be open from noon to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday to allow court personnel to catch up on paperwork.

Administrative weeks are held three times a year. The last was the week of Aug. 29. The next will begin April 30.

Courts throughout the state will be closed Monday, Oct. 17, through Friday, Oct. 21.

Regular hours of 8 a.m.-4 p.m. will resume on Monday, Oct. 24.
