Development discussion

BANGOR — A breakfast event will be hosted by Maine Real Estate and Development Association 7:30-9 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 19, at the Hilton Garden Inn as panelists discuss the future of development in the Bangor Region.

During the workshop, participants will hear both city and regional perspectives on the future of development efforts in the area. Learn about the unique public-private collaborations already taking place to improve the development process and attract investors to the region. Presenters also wish to hear from the real estate and development community regarding best practices for business attraction and transactions in today’s economy.

The panel discussion will be moderated by Andrew Hamilton of Eaton Peabody, who has more than 25 years’ experience in general environmental counseling and regulatory compliance, natural resource permitting, and land use permitting.
