Sen. Collins speaks out against bath salts

U.S. Sen.  Susan Collins spoke about the dangers of the designer drug bath salts in a videotaped message played to kick off a daylong conference in Bangor sponsored by the Bangor Police Department and Acadia Hospital.

Collins is co-sponsoring legislation that would amend the Controlled Substances Act to make bath salts illegal in the United States.
