Restless Groove, a jam-rock band founded at the University of Maine, will perform from 6 to 9 p.m. on a stage off Mill Street.

A beer tent will be set up in the parking lot between Verve and the pharmacy on Mill Street. A Maine Distributors truck will have four Black Bear Brewery selections on tap, including pale, red and brown ales and Harvest IPA. The brewery is located just across the street, next to Margarita’s.

Fans attending the University of Maine football game against Delaware at 3 p.m. Saturday will be invited to head downtown after the clock ticks down to join the festivities.
