Open house at veterans clinic

Mallar, who is a trained VA Volunteer Services representative for Maine DAR, volunteers regularly at the Bangor Veterans Clinic and planted four hydrangeas and two lilac bushes in front of the new facility. The clinic will hold an open house at 11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 26. Participants will include the Air Force Band Liberty, congressional representatives and First Lady Ann LePage.
