2011 Annual Mid-Coast Audubon Birdseed Sale Fundraiser

BRISTOL — Do your birds look hungry? Are they tapping at your window lattice, wondering where their seed is? Not to fear! You can stock up on many varieties of birdseed at a competitive price and feel good about supporting your local Audubon Chapter at the same time.

Available this year: Black oil sunflower seed, 25 pounds for $19, 50 pounds for $36.50; Sunflower “meaties,” 25 pounds for $24.25; 50 pounds for $39; Melody Mix, 20 pounds for $14; 40 pounds for $23; Niger (thistle), 5 pounds for $10; suet blocks, $2 each. Mid-Coast Audubon members live from Edgecomb to Belfast and inland to Augusta. Throughout the year the chapter offers fascinating and informative programs for free in Camden, Tenant’s Harbor, Belfast, Rockland, Damariscotta and Washington. There are numerous field trips to see birds and learn about the natural history of Maine.
