Parents told to ask about NH bus driver

The Associated Press

MILTON, N.H. — Law enforcement officials say a New Hampshire school bus driver arrested for possession of child pornography had computer files with titles referencing disabled and handicapped children.

Authorities say 45-year-old John Allen Wright of Milton worked for a company that transports special needs children to schools and day care centers, and that he transported children in New Hampshire’s Strafford and Rockingham counties and in Kittery, Maine, since 2008.

Foster’s Day Democrat says police are asking parents whose children were on a bus with Wright to ask about any experiences they may have had with him.

Wright appeared in court on Monday but the hearing was delayed. His attorney declined to talk to reporters before he left the courtroom.
