Chance Scott, 44, was charged with criminal threatening after he told the delivery driver “not to give his wife attitude,” called him a racial slur, and then asked him if he wanted to “take this outside,” while making a threatening hand gesture, the sergeant said.
Scott put his hands together and “he pointed like he had a gun,” Hodges said. After the threats were made, “the driver grabs the food and runs out of the apartment building.”
Police were called to Scott’s Ohio Street residence at around 8:52 p.m. and while investigating discovered that the woman who answered the door, Sonya Bradeen, 25, was wanted on an outstanding warrant from Houlton, Hodges said.
She was arrested on the warrant and taken to Penobscot County Jail. Bradeen later was released on bail, the sergeant said.
