BANGOR, Maine — Local police were called to Clinton Street early Thursday to investigate the report of a “male in the roadway intoxicated and naked,” Sgt. Paul Edwards said.

Orlando Gulley, 34, of Bangor was inside a nearby apartment when Officer Kyle Pelkey arrived at around 1:55 a.m. The officer found Gulley “naked from the waist down,” the sergeant said.

Gulley, who was “quite intoxicated,” was asked to put his clothes back on and then he was charged with violating his bail conditions, which bar him from drinking, Edwards said. (Nok-Noi Ricker, BDN)
