BUCKSPORT, Maine — Local police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a man wanted for questioning related to a theft late last month.

The Bucksport Police Department released three surveillance camera images of a man walking into the town’s Irving Circle K convenience store just after midnight July 26. Sgt. David Winchester said the man — who appears to have been wearing a dark-colored T-shirt and a light-colored baseball cap turned backward — is sought for questioning about a theft from a display outside of the store.

Anyone with information about the individual is asked to call the Bucksport Police Department at 469-7951. Callers may remain anonymous.
