BELFAST — The sixth annual Belfast Garden Club Open Garden Days features 13 gardens in Belfast, Belmont, Searsport, Searsmont, Bayside and Northport. One garden per week will be open to the public 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Fridays, through Aug. 26. Friday, Aug. 5, will feature the Webster Garden, 746 Shore Road. Tickets can be purchased at each garden on the day of the tour for a donation of $4 for one garden or $15 for a five-visit ticket. CAMDEN — Annual Merryspring Kitchen Tour, 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 3, featuring kitchens in the Camden-Rockport-Lincolnville area, and samples of cuisine from local chefs at every stop. All proceeds from this popular summertime event support Merryspring Nature Center and its year-round nature and environmental education programs.
