BANGOR, Maine — City police are looking into the theft of a flat-screen television from the basement of the Bank of America building on Exchange Street.

The burglary was reported shortly after noon Monday, when a Dead River Co. employee reported that it was missing from the company’s gym, Sgt. Larry Weber of the Bangor Police Department said Tuesday, citing a police report.

The report indicated that the television was valued at $600, Weber said.
