Thane D. Ferguson, 51, Howland, unlawful cutting of trees, $250, restitution $20,000; failing to clearly mark property lines, $250.

Kristopher Gilbert, 24, Hermon, criminal mischief, jail 10 days; domestic violence, assault, jail 25 days.
