Bucksport police seek public’s help in solving theft

The Bucksport Police Department is seeking the public's help in identifying a man wanted for questioning related to a theft that happened sround 3 p.m. May 7 at the Bucksport Circle K. Anyone with information is asked to call Sgt. David Winchester at the Bucksport Police Department at 469-7951.

BUCKSPORT, Maine — Local police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a man wanted for questioning related to a theft from a convenience store in May.

The Bucksport Police Department has released two pictures captured by security cameras at about 3 p.m. May 7 at the Bucksport Circle K.

One picture shows a somewhat stocky man wearing a black shirt and black hat walking into the store. The second picture shows a dark blue Chevy Trailblazer believed to be connected to the man. The SUV’s license plate is not legible.

Anyone with information is asked to call Sgt. David Winchester at the Bucksport Police Department at 469-7951.
