Police probe locker room theft at Sea Dogs game

PORTLAND, Maine — Police in Portland, Maine, are investigating the theft of electronic devices owned by New Hampshire Fisher Cats players during a Double-A minor league baseball game against the Portland Sea Dogs.

Lt. Gary Hutcheson tells WMTW-TV somebody took the items from the Fisher Cats’ locker room at Hadlock Field during Friday night’s game. There was no forced entry and the combined value of the items was under $1,000.

The Fisher Cats defeated the Sea Dogs in the game, 6-2.
