PORTLAND — A Theater Tasting, 8-10 p.m. Friday, July 8, at Lucid Stage, 29 Baxter Blvd. A twist on the traditional wine tasting and a fundraiser for Lucid Stage. Performers will include Carolyn Gage (excerpt from her play “The Parmachene Belle”), stand-up comedy from Mike Sylvester, Michael Lane Trautman, Dark Follies (burlesque), musician Jake Brooks, belly-dancing troupe Naya’s Trance and The Green Room musical, produced by New Edge. SANGERVILLE — Stutzman’s Farm 7th Annual Berry Festival, 5 p.m. Saturday, July 9, at Stutzman’s Farm on Doughty Hill Road in Sangerville. Traditional barbecue cookout and Stutzman’s Farm’s strawberry shortcake. Tickets $12 for adults, $6 children under 12, available at the Farm Stand. Musical entertainment begins at 6 p.m., The East Sangerville Coffee House’s Home Made Jam with J. T. Curran, The Backhouse Balladeers, Kermit and Alexandra and The Doughty Hill Band.
