Pen Bay Healthcare ‘Carescapers’ spruce up hospital gardens

Edna Denoncourt, Pen Bay Healthcare support specialist, and nurse Karen Veit, hospitalist care manager at the hospital in Rockport, take a break from working in one of Pen Bay Medical  Center's patient room gardens. The employees who work in the gardens call themselves “Carescapers.” Recently, funds raised through the employee annual appeal paid for mulch, compost and new plantings.
