Dirigo Pines staff and residents make household contributions to Ronald McDonald House

On behalf of residents and staff, Dirigo Pines activity assistant Jade Botting (left) presented household items to Ronald McDonald House of Bangor executive director Darlene MacLeod (right).

Dirigo Pines Retirement Community activity assistant Jade Botting recently presented Darlene MacLeod, executive director of the Ronald McDonald House in Bangor, with several boxes of household items staff and residents of the Orono facility had gathered to donate to the Ronald McDonald House. The Bangor facility provides welcoming, short-term accommodation for families whose children are receiving treatment at nearby medical facilities. Approximately 450 families are helped each year at the 14-bedroom Bangor Ronald McDonald House.
