Plymouth man indicted on charges of theft, burglary

BANGOR, Maine — A Plymouth man was indicted Wednesday by the Penobscot County grand jury on six felony counts stemming from two separate incidents in May and June.

Jeffrey R. Roberts, 31, was indicted on burglary and theft by unauthorized taking charges in connection with the theft of copper from a vacant house in Palmyra on May 5. He also was indicted on two counts of robbery, stealing drugs and possession of scheduled drugs in connection with a June 1 incident.

Roberts forced his way into the home of a Palmyra woman who was home sick from work, threatened her and stole oxycodone pills and cash, according to the Penobscot County District Attorney’s Office. The two robbery charges were submitted to the grand jury from the one incident, according to Alice Clifford, assistant district attorney for Penobscot County.

Roberts remained Wednesday at the Penobscot County Jail.

Kevin Braley, 41, Bangor, two counts of domestic violence assault, failure to appear.

Billy A. Brannen, 40, Millinocket, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking, criminal mischief.

Norberto R. Brice, 51, Bangor, domestic violence assault.

Ashley Caswell, 22, Old Town, stealing drugs, two counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

Harold Colson, 21, Carmel, burglary, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking.

Lawrence D. Cyr, 35, Bangor, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking, stealing drugs.

Nicole Cyr, 21, Bangor, two counts of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, violation of condition of release.

Dana Dube 30, Orrington, two counts of aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs, two counts of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, two counts of criminal forfeiture, forfeiture of a motor vehicle.

Amy Durant, 28, Levant, criminal threatening, reckless conduct, driving to endanger.

Scott M. Gagne, 43, Bangor, aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation, operating after revocation, criminal operating under the influence of intoxicants.

Jarrett J. Gauvin, 28, Dexter, three counts of operating after revocation.

Steven Gibbs, 31, Old Town, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking.

Brent Grace, 51, Etna, four counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

James Green, 29, Bangor, sexual abuse of a minor.
