ELLSWORTH — Downeast Scenic Railroad, round-trip tour travels from Ellsworth on the historic Calais Branch Line to Ellsworth Falls and then to Washington Junction and back to Ellsworth. The 10-mile trip takes about 90 minutes. Starting June 25, with the exception of July 4, trains will depart at 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. each weekend. July 4, one train will depart at 1:30 p.m. Adults $13, children 3-12 years $7, children under age 2 and not occupying a seat ride at no charge.
