Johanna M. Cooley, 28, Clinton, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, jail six months, restitution $405; forgery, jail six months.

Darrell R. Dixon, 33, Waterville, two counts theft by unauthorized taking or transfer jail six months each count; two counts burglary, prison two years, each count, restitution $2,373.23 each count.

Shane Eisener, 35, Brooks, forgery; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, both counts dismissed.

Justin M. McGowan, 22, Orrington, burglary; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, not guilty.

April J. Pattershall, 28, Stockton Springs, two counts endangering welfare of child, jail 30 days each count; operating vehicle while under influence of intoxicants, $700, prison 364 days, all but 30 days suspended, probation one year, license suspended three years, 275 days.

Devon I. Pierce, 20, Belfast, two counts unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $800.

Kean Ripley III, 30, Stockton Springs, criminal threatening, jail 30 days; two counts violating condition of release, jail 10 days.

Mark C. Tibbetts, 40, Brooks, operating vehicle while under influence of intoxicants, $700, jail six months, all but 30 days suspended, probation one year, license suspended 90 days; operating vehicle after habitual offender license revocation, $500.

Gloria Ann Warren, 39, Searsport, assault, dismissed.

Isaac M. Young, 36, Rockport, speeding 30 plus mph more than posted speed, not guilty.
