Camden National Bank recently made a donation to The Rig, a downtown Camden meeting place for ninth- through 12th-grade students in the community. In addition to giving local students a place to meet, The Rig focuses on volunteer work and gives students the opportunity to run daily operations, curate student art shows and promote events. Camden National’s donation will fund The Rig’s Friday Night Special Events, such as movie and open mic nights. The Rig’s director, Frannie Wheeler-Berta (left), accepts a check from Camden National Bank’s Camden market manager Jane Dagley.
