- What is your motivation to “Move and Improve”?
My motivation is to get healthy! That’s it! I am realizing that I am 40 years old and I now have to start taking better care of my body.
- What is your biggest obstacle to “Move and Improve”?
The biggest obstacles is getting up and doing it, but once I get started then I’m okay.
- What kind of activities do you engage in to reach your goal?
I walk my dogs. If I am working in the hospital I will take the stairs instead of the elevator. I always park the furthest away from a store or the hospital or wherever I am to get extra steps. And I just had my first experience with the Wii Fitness…….LOVING IT!!!!!!
