- What is your motivation to “Move and Improve”?
I have some health issues that are managed by eating right and getting enough exercise, so I’m always looking for motivation to do what I know I need to be doing, anyway.
- What is your biggest obstacle to “Move and Improve”?
I do have some chronic pain in my lower back. I am in physical therapy and I do stretches and floor exercises to try and turn this around, but it sometimes prevents me from working out.
- What kind of activities do you engage in to reach your goal?
I like to walk: on a treadmill when I can’t get outside; I also like to snowshoe when I can.
