‘Just for kids’ dance show to benefit after-school program


HOLDEN, Maine — The acclaimed ballroom dance show “Just for kids” will be held to benefit the Meadowbrook After School Dance Program from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Saturday, April 2, at the Holbrook Middle School in Holden. The performance will showcase dancers in a variety of styles, including ballroom, swing and Latin dances. Admission prices are $ 10/$5 and children ages 5 and under are free. Hampden Kiwanis holding monthly baked bean supper

Holbrook school’s eighth-graders hosting spaghetti supper, auction

HOLDEN — The Holbrook eighth-grade class will host the annual Spaghetti Supper and Dessert Auction from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Friday, April 29, at the Holbrook Middle School  in Holden. Rosscare program offers tips on staying well

BANGOR — Rosscare will present  “Life Crossroads: Aging Adult Tips for Staying Well During Times Of Change” at 2 p.m. Friday, April 8, at the Sylvia Ross Home, 758 Broadway in Bangor.
