Joshua R. Clayton, 25, Mapleton, operating vehicle while under influence of intoxicants, $700, jail nine days, license suspended three years; violating condition of release, $500, jail 48 hours.

Keith W. Cocheran III, 35, Mars Hill, unlawful sexual contact, dismissed.

Rodney L. Cyr, 44, Madawaska, disorderly conduct, $400.

Cheryl A. Daigle, 38, New Canada, violating condition of release; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, both counts dismissed.
