BAR HARBOR — Women’s Health Center 3rd Annual Frock Swap, 6:30-9:30 p.m. Thursday, March 10, at  Pleasant Street Pilates, 18 Pleasant  St. Clean out your closet and swap up to 10 gently used items for $10.  Items can include clothing, shoes, jewelry, outerwear or lingerie. Refreshments will be served. Leftover items will be donated to the Serendipity Thrift Shop, which benefits the Bar Harbor Food Pantry. Money raised will support educational programs for the community provided by the Health Center Advisory Committee. Call 288-8100.

BELFAST — “Acupressure for an Optimal Labor and Birth” free talk by Fang Cai, licensed Japanese acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist, 5-6:30 p.m. March 17, at First Light Midwifery Office, 137 High St. Cai will discuss how acupressure, an accessibly, do-it-yourself form of Chinese medicine, can be used to increase the health and vitality of women during labor and birth.
