Don’t forget the kids!

Move and Improve’s 12-week fitness program is a great opportunity to encourage youngsters to become more active and improve their dietary habits.

There are many resources available online, and we’ll be featuring some of them here in the coming weeks. How about helping your child start her own exercise calendar, learn a new sport or overcome barriers to fitness such as asthma? Click here to get started. — Meg Haskell
