1. What is your motivation to “Move and Improve?”

My motivation to “Move and Improve” is to live a long and healthy life and encourage my family and friends to do the same.

2. What is your biggest obstacle to “Move and Improve”?

My biggest obstacle to “Move and Improve” is to make absolutely sure that I’ve set aside the time every day to exercise.

3. What kind of activities do you engage in to reach your goal?

I go to the gym before work. I also purchased snowshoes a couple years ago and have thoroughly enjoyed them, especially with all the snow this year.  I’m going to start biking this spring and look forward to enjoying the outdoors.
