LEIGHTON ‘PASTOR LEE’ W. ESTABROOK

EASTBROOK – Leighton "Pastor Lee" W. Estabrook, 79, died peacefully Feb. 26, 2011, at a Bangor hospital after a long Illness. He was born Jan. 24, 1932, in Portland, the son of Bion R. and Arlene N. (Drew) Estabrook.

Leighton is survived by his wife, C. Lee (Hall) Steele; two sons, Everette Leonard and wife, Laurie, and George Estabrook and wife, Dianne; six daughters, Maureen Campbell and husband, Daniel, Dale Bernard and husband, Paul, Tracy Gilbert and husband, Russell, Lisa Gilbert and husband, Timothy, Tammy Allen and husband, Robert, and Andrea Davis; 17 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren; one sister, Marilyn Perry; and four brothers, Bion Jr., Keith, Vaughn and Foster Estabrook. Leighton was predeceased by one sister, Lorraine Gowell; and two brothers, Boyd and George Estabrook.

A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, March 5, at Christian Ridge Church of God, 53 Christian Ridge Road, Ellsworth. Spring interment will be at Eastbrook Cemetery, Eastbrook.
