How can Maine get money from its record-breaking lobster hauls?

Some 93 million pounds of lobster were caught in Maine in 2010, a new record. What can business and government leaders do to get the highest price for the seafood and keep more of the buyers’ dollars here? Should state government offer tax breaks for businesses that process lobster?
