BRUNSWICK — Cooking with Chef Mains cooking classes either 1-3 p.m., 2-4 p.m. or 3-5 p.m., based on availability every Wednesday through Friday in 2011, at No. 10 Water Restaurant at Brunswick’s Captain Daniel Stone Inn. Each class is open to private parties of eight to 20 people. All classes include preparation of a four-course, custom-designed chef menu with an emphasis on using local, seasonal ingredients. Mains will walk class participants through each step of the cooking process as they learn to make appetizers, side courses, entrees and desserts. The cost is $55 per person.
