Sunday worship at 10:30 a.m. Dec. 26 with worship led by members of the congregation through favorite poems, prose and music. HOLDEN — Two services Christmas Eve: 7:30 p.m., featuring music and messages; 11 p.m., for meditation and Communion, Holden Congregational Church.

PALMYRA — The Millennium Wedding & Convention Center is sponsoring a free Christmas luncheon to the public from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 25. Lunch will include roast beef and ham, with all the trimmings. The center said it hopes that anyone who is alone on Christmas Day will attend. Those interested in at-tending should call 368-2352 or e-mail, with the number of people attending. Donations are accepted to support a Giving Tree, located in the M Room Sports Pub, through Thursday, Dec. 23.

ROCKLAND — Russian Christmas party organized by Eva Taran Campbell, 12:30 p.m. Jan. 9, Penobscot School. Free. 594-1084.
