RAYMOND PARKER EATON

DEER ISLE – Raymond Parker Eaton, 61, went to be with the Lord Dec. 3, 2010. He was born Feb. 3, 1949. He served in the U.S. Army 3D Squadron 7th Calvary during the Vietnam War. He enjoyed spending his time on his boat and enjoyed all fisheries. He is survived by his parents, Sam and Virginia Eaton of Deer Isle; four sons, Dan and his friend, Robyn, Matt and his friend, Tiffany, Adam and his wife, Misty, and Raymond Zachary, all of Deer Isle; seven grandchildren, Tyler, Justin, Jordin, Sailor, Jarvis, Cassidy and Griffin; three brothers, Wayne and his wife, Rose, Kendall and his wife, Nancy, and Ronnie and his wife, Debbie, of Deer Isle; two sisters, Marilyn Sylvester and her husband, Dan, and Wanda Haskell and her husband, Charles, of Deer Isle; a very special friend, Debbie McCrea of Milbridge; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother, Bradford Eaton; and two sisters, Donella Weymouth and Brenda Murphy. There will be a graveside service 1 p.m. Dec. 11 at Mount Adams Cemetery. A gathering will be held after the service at Sunshine Fellowship Center.
