A drunken Bangor man was arrested early Friday after he caused a disturbance at the apartment house where he lives, Bangor police Lt. Steve Hunt said on Friday.

“He was intoxicated and was breaking some dishes and I think he broke a door,” Hunt said, referring to Sterling Finch, 38. “He was being disruptive.”

The apartment building where Finch lives has a shared kitchen, which is where the disturbance occurred, Hunt said. Finch was charged at 12:15 a.m. Friday with disorderly conduct and taken to Penobscot County Jail. (Nok-Noi Ricker, BDN)

A Bangor woman who is barred from contact with a Bangor man because of a court order was caught in a vehicle with him Thursday afternoon and arrested, Bangor police Lt. Steve Hunt said Friday.

Danielle Crudell, 25, was charged with violating her bail conditions and refusing to submit to arrest, he said.

“She resisted being handcuffed,” Hunt said.

Police found the two together at about 3:50 p.m. Thursday after staff at St. Joseph Hospital called them worried that the man, who appeared to be intoxicated, might drive. Details into why she was barred from seeing the man were not available. (Nok-Noi Ricker, BDN)
